Corrective Exercise
Corrective exercise is exercise designed to help correct muscle imbalance and faulty movement patterns. Muscular imbalance affects movement quality. If left uncorrected, it can also lead to pain. If a client has poor functional movement, they will likely experience movement limitations.

What to experience with T.I.M.E.?
Each patient gets a personal exercise plan that may be completed at home or at the gym. Expect to notice improvement in 3-4 weeks. If further assistance is required, training sessions can be done at a private gym.
