Who am I?
Elite & Sporting Experience
Alongside my clinical work, I have had the opportunity to provide soft tissue therapy and sports rehabilitation support at international sporting events and elite sporting environments, working with athletes and teams including:
New Zealand All Blacks
Australian Wheelchair Rugby Team
Surrey Cricket
Progress Wrestling
England National Volleyball Team
International tournament environments across Europe
I have supported the England National Volleyball Team at tournaments in Luxembourg in January 2025, Slovakia in July 2025, and the 4 Nations Tournament in Ireland in August 2026, while continuing my physiotherapy and strength & conditioning involvement with the team throughout the 2026–2027 seasons.
I also work as a pitch-side therapist within rugby, supporting athletes during match days and helping manage the physical demands of competitive sport.
My Approach
My philosophy is simple:
Don't just treat the pain. Understand it. Work on it. Build back better.
I don't believe rehabilitation should stop when the pain improves.
My approach combines physiotherapy assessment, medical massage, corrective exercise, strength & conditioning and progressive rehabilitation to help identify contributing factors, restore movement, build strength and reduce the risk of recurring problems.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent muscular tension, returning to sport, or simply looking to move and perform better, I aim to create a personalised plan based on your body, your goals and your lifestyle.
Beyond Physiotherapy
My passion for movement isn't limited to my professional life. I train in martial arts and enjoy motorcycle road trips, while my own experience with high-impact activities and injury recovery has given me a personal understanding of the physical and mental challenges that come with getting back to what you love.
That combination of clinical knowledge, sporting experience, hands-on therapy and personal experience shapes how I work with every client.
Physiotherapy. Medical Massage. Strength & Conditioning. One personalised approach to helping you move better, recover stronger and perform at your best.
Sport Physiotherapist | Strength & Conditioning Coach | Medical Massage Therapist
I bring over 14 years of experience in medical massage and soft tissue therapy, combined with an extensive academic and clinical background in sport physiotherapy, rehabilitation, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention.
Originally from Hungary, my journey into rehabilitation began through hands-on experience as a medical massage therapist. This developed into a deeper passion for understanding why injuries happen, how the body recovers, and how to help people return stronger and more confident in movement.
I graduated with First-Class Honours in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation from Middlesex University in 2022, followed by a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy with a specialisation in Neuroscience in 2024. I am currently completing my second Master’s degree, specialising in Strength & Conditioning at Middlesex University, due to finish in September 2026.
My clinical experience spans both private healthcare and NHS settings, including orthopaedics, paediatrics, elderly care and neurorehabilitation. This broad experience allows me to look beyond the immediate symptoms and consider the bigger picture — from movement and strength to neurological, functional and lifestyle factors.
