Who am I?
I bring over 12 years of expertise as a medical massage therapist and a strong academic foundation in sports and exercise rehabilitation. Originally from Hungary, I earned a first-class undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation from Middlesex University in 2022. Committed to continuous learning, I further advanced my knowledge in 2024 by pursuing a Master’s in Physiotherapy, specialising in Neuroscience.
My diverse clinical experience spans both private healthcare and NHS placements, where I have worked in orthopaedics, paediatrics, elderly care, and neurorehabilitation. Beyond the clinic, I have provided soft tissue therapy at international sporting events, treating elite teams like the All Blacks and the Australian Wheelchair Rugby team, Surrey Cricket Team etc. I have also supported the England National Volleyball Team during their tournament in Luxembourg in January, 2025.
Currently, I apply my sports therapy expertise with Progress Wrestling and serve as a pitch-side therapist for rugby teams, ensuring athletes receive the care they need to perform at their best.
Despite my packed schedule, I find time to train in martial arts and enjoy the thrill of motorcycle road trips. My personal experience with high-impact sports and injury recovery fuels my passion for helping clients heal, prevent injuries, and optimise performance.
Whether you need physiotherapy, deep tissue therapy, or injury prevention strategies, my expertise ensures you’re in skilled and experienced hands.
